TRANSPORT AND WORKS ACT 1992: APPLICATION FOR THE  PROPOSED NETWORK RAIL (CAMBRIDGESHIRE LEVEL CROSSING REDUCTION) ORDER

The Secretary of State has appointed Ms Heidi Cruickshank BSc (Hons), MSC, MIPROW  to conduct an Inquiry into this application.

The Inquiry has adjourned and is due to resume at 9.30am, Thursday, 22nd February and Friday, 23rd February at Shire Hall, Castle Hill, Cambridge CB3 0AP

The purpose of the PIM was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry.  There was no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question.
