TRANSPORT AND WORKS ACT 1992: APPLICATION FOR THE  PROPOSED NETWORK RAIL (CAMBRIDGESHIRE LEVEL CROSSING REDUCTION) ORDER

The Secretary of State has appointed Ms Heidi Cruickshank BSc (Hons), MSC, MIPROW  to conduct an Inquiry into this application.

The Inspector will open the inquiry at 10.00am on Tuesday, 28 November 2017 at Hallmark Hotel Cambridge, Bar Hill, Cambridge CB23 8EU.

The Inspector held a Pre-Inquiry Meeting at 10.00am on Thursday, 7 Thursday 2017 at the Hilton Cambridge City Hotel, Downing Street, Cambridge, CB2 3DT

The purpose of the PIM was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry.  There was no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question.
